Program Objectives
Within the framework of the Health Care Management Programme, in which specific courses the sector demands are taught, together with the business related subjects, field oriented specific courses are lectured by specialised academic staff.
Students of the programme will have the chance to observe the entire process with technical visits to the institutions known in the field.
The content of the courses in the programme also cover supportive subtopics that enable the students analyse the managerial issues of the sector encountered in Turkey, and suggest solutions, apart from the many mainline expertise oriented subjects.
EstablishmentHealty Care Management, was establishmend by the Vocational School in 2015, the University was founded İncirli Campus and the beginning of the 2015-2016 academic year, started training. The first associate degree program graduates in the 2016-2017 academic year. Lecturer Tuğba Çedikçi Fener has been the director of the program since the establishment.
Qualification AwardedStudents who have successfully completed all courses and had at least 120 ECTS, has the associate degree.

Admission and Registration RequirementsAccepting students to programs of Vocational School, is made through central placement exam which is organized by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). In central placement, candidates is placed by ÖSYM through their Student Selection Examination scores and program quotas. The students’ registration is made by the Student Affairs Office within the framework of the calendar set by OSYM.

InternshipThere is compulsory internship for 40 work days.
Graduation RequirementsIn order to graduate from the program students must have at least 2,00 GPA out of 4,00 and 120 ECTS.
International CooperationsFor graduates wishing to continue their education abroad, Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School made agreements with Centennial College in Canada, and with Fort Hayes State University in the United States. Also, students have opportunity to be exchange student and make internship abroad through ERASMUS Program.
Occupational Profiles Of GraduatesHaving graduated from the programme, our students obtain the title “Health Care Manager” and can be employed in public, university, foundation or private hospitals, rehabilitation centres, companies specialized in bio-medical products, multi/international pharmaceutical companies, companies in health care automation services, companies involved in research and education in health care, industrial facilities producing pharmaceutical and medical products, non-governmental organizations in health care, and health research centres.
Access to Further Studies Transfer to Bachelor Degree is determined in Offical Newpaper dated 02,19,2002 and numbered 24676. According to regulation on the continuation of graduates of vocational schools to Bachelor Degree and principles that the council of Higher Education determined, vertical transfer exam and placement of graduates of vocational school students to bachelor degree is executed by ÖSYM. Students who graduated from Healty Care Managenent Program can make vertical transfer to bachelor degree to enhance their training to upper level. Departmental FacilitiesIn İncirli Campus, we have updated PC labs, amfi salons for seminars.
Program Activities Practical courses and internship opportunities from the leading enterprise executives and partners of the sector. We have an agreement with dünyagöz internship. In addition, we have a brand course cooperation with dünyagöz. Our service agreement with Dentadent Hospital and internship and Ortonom oral and dental health Polyclinic was entered into force in February 2018
