Course Goals
 Developing comprehension, skill and knowledge for diagnosing and dealing with specific strategy and policy situation from top management standpoint are the objectives of the course. We will also provide the necessary basic terms and concepts in order to familiarize the attendants with strategic management process. 

Our treatment of strategic management process will be contemporary. We will emphasize the importance of identifying value creating potential of firm’s resources and capabilities and core competencies within the context of volatile global economy. We will also examine set of strategic actions to achieve strategic competitiveness and earn above average profits
