Course Goals
The aim of this course is to teach retail banking services and products that include asset management, financing, money transfer and other brokerage operations of individuals. A wide variety of retail banking services in similar categories such as savings / deposit accounts, checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, debit cards, mortgages, e-banking, digital banking, telephone banking services, insurance, investment and fund management will be covered in this course.
