Course Goals
The aim of this course is to set an understanding on loan operations in Turkish banking system. In this framework, main concepts of money market and banking will be explained. Loan management, loan process in the banks, operations, interest rate, cost of deposit and loans are the issues that will be discussed. Legal issues will be tought.

Teaching Methods and Techniques Througout the lecture, current operations of the banks will be explained and cases will be used.  Althouh there are some books given as principle sources there will be no text book to refer directly.  Student are expected to prepare home works and projects. Some professionals from the sector will be invited to give seminars.
