Course Goals
 The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge and skills that enable senior executives to accurately identify complex problems that they will encounter and to produce solutions; focusing on the analysis of real case studies of business life so that participants can bring together all the functional skills they have acquired from other courses to date and provide solutions to organizational problems of real business life.
