Course Goals
The aim of the course is to inform students of the main concepts of economy,  to enable them gain the necessary skills to comprehend and interpret the news and subjects on the media, and explain them how to apply the theoretical economy knowledge in practice.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1It studies the demand and supply of factors of production such as labour, land, capital and enterprise and the formation of these factor prices.
LO-2Explain the relationship between functional income distribution and personal income distribution and the causes of inequality in personal income distribution. Explain the policies that reduce inequality in income distribution.
LO-3The students will be informed of the subject of economics, its content and analysis purposes.
LO-4The students will be informed of the subjects of economics on the field of micro-economics.
LO-5The students will be informed of the conditions for the determination of price and the supply-demand relation.
