Course Goals
Course Purpose: The pupose of the course is to acquaint mid-level management trainees in logistics sector with related estimation, planning and cost issues whether they are part of service providers or customers.

Course Targets: The target of the course is to prepare students with adequate acknowledge for purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and after-sales services, including the successful management of the process at each stage of the necessary equipment for the exposure in the enterprises operating in the logistics sector.

Course's Outputs and Adequateness: Providing  efficient and effective logistics management to acquaint mid-level management trainees in logistics sector with the ABC Analysis estimate of demand, inventory control, transportation costs, even down to the choice of place of storage on various topics equip them  whether they are part of service providers or customers at all stages of the process. Customer satisfaction and cost minimization are the criteria for success for a good logistics management.The outputs and Adequateness of this course is to educate middle-level managers that will contribute sufficient elements to a successful logistics managements with the right product at the right time, right amount, right place, with the flexibility to respond quickly to change, at high speed, low cost, ready possession for at least the promise of stock.
