Distribution channels are where businesses and consumers face each other. In other words, the visible face of an enterprise is its distribution channels. Therefore, the success of the distribution channels will be the success of the enterprise in the eyes of consumers.
The aim of this course is to teach middle and senior managers who will be working in the logistics sector, the distribution channel management and physical distribution, hence to teach them that the distribution channel is independent from the enterprise’s sales function but can have a composition and design to be compatible with this function.
