Course Goals
With this course; skills in investigation of commerce employment, commerce judgment and commerce juridical judgments, conducting tangible assets, share vouchers, partnership and type changing, bankruptcy, pledge and clearance procedures in a commerce company and doing exchange voucher related jobs should be provided for students.

Program Outcomes
