Course Goals	The students will be informed of the civil aviation operation schemas, the duties of the personnel, assistant departments, foreign terms used in passenger services, the content and functions of the documents, the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers in airports, problem solution, responsibilities in unusual situations and principles.
