Course Goals
 The aim of this course is to give students; why there should be a common language in air transportation, the importance of English, which has been accepted as the aviation language, in aviation, its usage, its alphabet and the importance of correct use of the vowel alphabet in communication and how flight safety can be negatively affected by improper use, National and International Civil aviation authorities and their duties, air transportation terms, airport terms, air terms, flight phases, aircraft terms, ticketing & passenger reception terms, health, first aid and emergency terms, IATA airport codes, and to bring them to a level that they can use in their professional lives.
