Course Goals

Criminal procedure law establishes a framework for preventing wrongful convictions, discovering the truth, striving for justice, investigating crimes and addressing victims' rights. The scope of this course is teach the basic principles of criminal procedure law and the rules of a criminal procedure respectful of human rights.
