The course purposes to teach the students the structure of the state under constitution, duties and responsibilities of the power of legislation – execution and judiciary, basic rights and freedoms, election system, political parties and constitutional jurisdiction. By doing so, students will get the ability to criticize and use the subjects below into concrete issues.
