Course Goals Realistic determination of pre-design investment cost, ability to take design decisions more rationally, correct determination of the proposal price by contractor, closing of accounts and settlement of disputes, planned and programmed execution of repair & maintenance works by building managers, and making budget estimations all require cost estimations in different phases of the building production process. Introducing the cost estimation and calculation methods used in various different phases of the building production process constitute the aim of the course
