Emphasizing the effectiveness and potential of professional decisions in architectural design and practice in terms of economy, rationality and professional ethics; informing about economic concepts at company and project levels, cost concepts used in building projects (initial investment cost (design, land plot, construction (realization), tender costs), operation, utilization costs, demolition costs, lifetime costs), design parameters that affect initial investment and operation and utilization costs in planning and design decisions; and techniques used in determining the proposal price constitute the aims of the course.
