After completing this course, the participants will understand what is corporate finance, importance of time value of money and how to calculate the net present value of cash-flows, they will be able to analyze the financial statements and apply ratio analysis, know what are short and long-term financing decisions. The participants will be able to read and understand the financial statements and use financial information in their decision making process.

The lecturer prepares and sends PowerPoint presentations to the students before each lecture and explains that content during the lecture. The students will ask their questions during the lecture. The lecturer will determine the group presentation contents and select the group members. Each group will prepare and present a group presentation.
