Course Goals

The aim of this course is to provide students with the terms used in air transportation; Aviation alphabet and the importance of the correct use of vowels in communication and how flight safety can be adversely affected by inappropriate use, National and International Civil aviation authorities, air transport terms, airport terms, aircraft terms, flight terms, ticketing & passenger pick-up terms, IATA airport codes and also to teach and bring them to a level that they can use in their professional life
