Course Goals Aim of the course is to provide students the knowledge of using 3D digital modeling and photorealistic rendering software. In the first part of the program, the students are introduced with the technics of creating appropriate 2D geometries which  will be used as basis for 3D digital models. Then, different types of 3D modeling technics are taught. Each week students are given new issues on which they can test the newly learnt commands and technics. After varying types of 3D modeling technics are taught, in the second part of of the program students are shown how to prepare 3D models for creating photorealistic images by means of related tools (lighting, colors, materials, cameras, varying types and configurations). Afterwards, rendering methods and related configurations are discussed. In the final part post production technics are discussed. Students are evaluated by the help of their weekly assignments, homeworks and exams through the term.
