Course Goals
The aim of this course is to be aware of our beliefs about uncertainty and change that cause emotional stress in life and to detect our unrealistic belief patterns. In addition, it is aimed to mention issues such as self-differences, positive acceptance/respect, self-compassion, mindfulness, and eudaimonic self-regulation.
