Course Goals	The aim of the course is to have an idea on the motion for stay of execution, to learn the procedure of application for the fiscal responsibility of administration, to have knowledge of means of redress, to have knowledge of the institutions of civil procedural law  and to have an idea on administrative disputes resolved by European Court of Human Rights.
