The aim of the lecture is to provide the students with an understanding of energy law politics which plays a vital role both in national and international society and to examine thoroughly such a specific field of regulation in a broader context than is usually carried out. The interaction between regulations, states policies and use of natural resources will be treated in the light of international law.
