Learning Outcomes
LO-1To have knowledge regarding execution procedure based on commercial paper.
LO-2Have necessary knowledge and ability to interpret the execution procedure based on pledge in scope of lex commissoria.
LO-3Have the ability to take the advantages of examining the execution procedure for the leasehold estates.
LO-4Have full knowlegde and have the ability to apply regarding sequestration.
LO-5Have full knowledge regarding bankruptcy procedure and have the ability to use other legal remedies for preventing the debtor to go into bankruptcy.
LO-6Have the ability to interpret the legislation regarding action for nullity which provides the creditor to terminate the transactions made by debtor without good will.
