Learning Outcomes LO-1 To acquire the skill of interpretation and application of the basic rules of national and international collective agreements. LO-2 To acquire the necessery knowledge on the freedom of trade unions and function of trade unions. LO-3 The interpretation of collective agreement and the evaluation of the rights and obligations resulting from collective agreement. LO-4 To acquire the necessery skill to find solution for collective disputes. LO-5 To acquire the necessery skill to find solution for conflict of right and conflict of interest by way of pasific solution or by legal strike.
