Course Goals The purpose of this course is to study legislations on “Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law” and “Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards”. First of all definition of bank cards and credit cards and also historical developments of the cards will be studied. After that legal character of the credit cards and the legal relationship between the parties of the card payment system will be studied.
