Course Goals
The purpose of this course is to study legislations on Construction Contracts Law. First of all definition of Construction Contracts Law will be studied. After that legal character of this contract and the legal relationship between the parties of the agreement will be studied.

Special Requisite(s) Rational, questioner, critical thinker, problem solver candidates and decision makers who seek the application of the theoretical knowledge in practice and manage information.
