LO-33. Ability to analyze the characteristics of legal rules and to distinguish puclic policy legal rules from imperative legal rules, completive legal rules and interpretative legal rules
LO-44.Gain profiency in comparing the National Legal Systems with different older legal systems such as Roman-German Law, Comman Law, Equity Law and especially with European Law.
LO-55.Gain ability to correctly interpret the meaning of legal text and to reply orally as well as in written in a way that is consistent with the legal system
