LO-1To be able to present assessments about the influence of the roman law of obligations on modern legal systems.
LO-2Having information about the concept and the elements of obligation in roman law and to be able to make comparison with the Turkish Code of Obligations
LO-3To be able to make comparison with the Turkish Code of Obligations as a result of studying on the concepts of responsibility of the debtor, damage and compensation for damage
LO-4To be able to present assessments about assumption of obligation and discharge of obligations in roman law and the impact of these institutions on our modern legal system.
LO-5Having theoretical and practical knowledge about sources of obligations in roman and turkish law as a resul of comparative study
