The aim of the course is to help students improve their knowledge in the field of intellectual property law at undergraduate level.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1Has the knowledge to understand the conceptual and theoretical aspects of industrial property law, which is a widely used field.
LO-2Identifies disputes concretely and learns where and how to solve them by finding relevant sources.
LO-3Knows national and international regulations concerning the issue. Learns the provisions applied, their order, the general principles and concepts and applies them to specific cases.
LO-4Distinguishes between concepts such as intellectual and artistic works, patents, utility models, industrial design, trademark and geographical indication
LO-5Has information on unfair usage patterns causing protection in the field of industrial property, may determine the rules applicable to infringements and has information about the protection system in Turkish legal system.
