Program Outcomes
PO-1Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in related disciplines (such as economics, sociology, psychology, quantitative sciences, etc.) that form a foundation for business administration, and makes use of and applies them to the field of business.

PO-3Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in business functions and management (such as management, production, marketing, accounting, finance, human resources, behavioural sciences, etc.) and interprets the theoretical arguments focusing on interactions between the actors and the cultures in the field.

PO-5Identifies and evaluates the relations in the field of business; describes the problems and presents analytical solutions through modelling and interpreting (critical thinking).

Learning Outcomes
LO-1Understand the importance of productivity measurement techniques and methods and learn the related business applications in a changing business environment.
LO-2Classify the factors effect on business productivity and analyze these factors in terms of production, marketing, financial etc..functions and interpret them in a system thinking.
LO-3Classify the productivity improvement methods and techniques related with technology-human-system, and explain how to appy in a business.
LO-4Develop the skills of modelling, interpreting and systematic thinking by analyzing the relations among the various productivity factors and studing on the “Total Productivity Model” in a business system.
LO-5Compare the different companies regarding on productivity factors and productivity levels and benchmark them in a competitive business life.
LO-6Devolop the effective communication skills as well as effective presentation skills and inferring and interpreting skills by presenting projects and class discussion.
LO-7Organize the teamwork as both a team leader and a member of the team, and develop the leadership and problem solving skills.
LO-8Gain and develop the moral behaviour, to take responsibility, rational thinking, communication by preparing and presenting projects, organizing the corporate visits and business interactions.
