The aim of this course is to inform students about the basic functions and structure of capital markets. Main functions and duties of the institutions in the Turkish capital market will be examined, capital market activities will be discussed in detail and processes in the sector will be introduced. The rights, risks and the markets traded will be defined according investment instruments.
