Course Goals
 The aim of this course is to gain the knowledge and skills to identify and solve the complex problems faced by senior managers by providing the participants to bring together all the functional abilities they have gained from other courses and by producing solutions to the organizational problems of real business life.

Program Outcomes
PO-1Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in related disciplines (such as economics, sociology, psychology, quantitative sciences, etc.) that form a foundation for business administration, and makes use of and applies them to the field of business.
