The main purpose of this course is to reveal the impact of employee behavior and attitudes in businesses on productivity, effectiveness and performance, based on the principles of efficiency and profit maximization, which are the ultimate goals of businesses, and to analyze the variables that affect productivity at the individual, group and organizational level.
