Course Goals
 This course examines the planning and management of logistics services and supply chain activities. Physical distribution and introduction to logistics, logistics systems, logistics and supply chain management, order management and customer service, inventory management principles, distribution centers and warehousing, logistics cost analysis, information technologies and electronic logistics are the main topics.
