Course Goals
 The goal of this course is to make the students gain the competence in the configuration and execution of quality control activities of enterprises, through teaching the state of art quality and quality control concepts, and the analysis of quality control implementations.

Program Outcomes
PO-1Apply and analyze the mathematics, science and social knowledges into quality and production problems to achieve constructive solutions.
PO-2Demonstrate a basic levels of understanding in related sciences (such as business, econmics, quantitative sciences, etc.) that serve basis for quality and production management and will be able to make use and apply them to achieve creative constructions into the field of quality and production management .
PO-3Demonstrate a basic level of understanding in quality and production functions (such as total quality management, productions, marketing, accounting, finance, etc.) and will be able to mobilize, organize, interpret, criticize and construct the theoratical arguments in intercultural and human relations.
PO-4Will be able to design, create and evaluate a quality and production management process in any functional stage, that complies with identified objectives.
PO-5Identify and evaluate the relations in the field of quality and production management; describe the problems and present analytical solutions through modelling and interpreting to make criticical judgement (critical thinking)
