Course Goals
 Can be design Process Management System by case studies with defining process, process owner, performans indicators, performans measurement and improvements of critical process.

Teaching Methods and Techniques -Showing a cognitive approach will learn how to define, classify and specify processes, process components and hierarchies. Process management concept to students as subjects transferred to the slide titles are constantly interactive presentation in the form of questions and answers. Program Outcomes
PO-1Apply and analyze the mathematics, science and social knowledges into quality and production problems to achieve constructive solutions.
