The main aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge about the regulations regarding public companies. In this context, the course covers important transactions such as issuance of capital market instruments (shares, debt instruments, etc.) by public companies whose shares are traded on the stock exchange (Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.- BİAŞ) and deciding on a merger or division. The Commercial Code includes other obligations such as public disclosures and corporate governance principles that must be complied with and made within the framework of regulations.
