Course Goals
 This course will focus on cases where students apply financial theory in actual company situations. Contemporary business company cases will be concerned with the financiang of current operations through efficient management of current assets and situations where long-term financing is appropriate.Moreover, the course will focus on financial ratio analysis, mergers and acquisitions and financial forecasting.

There will be a team project presentations at the end of the last class session.
Prerequisite(s) IE3502 Financial and Cost Accounting
Corequisite(s) None
Special Requisite(s) Good command of English as well as financial and cost accounting knowledge.

Teaching Methods and Techniques -Scholarly articles abour financial management. Lecture notes of the lecturer. Moreover, real company case studies to be examined.
Principle Sources -PowerPoint presentation slides, about managerial finance.

Case studies will be examined.
Other Sources -Wall Street Journal copies in order to analyze stock markets in the global economy and open market operations.

Mergers and acquisitions will be observed.
