Course Goals
 Strategic planning and management can be defined as the effective and efficient use of the available production resources in order to sustain the existence of the organizations in the long run.

The objective of the course is to ensure that the people who will work in the top management of the organizations are equipped with the aforementioned subjects.

Teaching Methods and Techniques Lectures, case/indıstry analysis presentations, quest speakers from distinquised public and private institutions.
Principle Sources -Lecturer will submit PowerPoint presentatios about comprehensive strategical models.

Scholarly articles will be shared and discussed during the class sessions.
