Course Goals
This course will introduce the students basic concepts and relevant methods for conducting a research in Social Sciences. The ultimate aim of this course is to develop analytical and critical thinking of students; at the same time to provide them an opportunity for reasoning on real matters especially in daily business life. Furthermore, developing the skills of questioning, understanding, diagnosing, thinking, expressing (both verbally and in a written from) are another objective of this course. Besides all of these goals,this course aims to closely approach the scientific research process ranging from designing aresearch proposal to conducting the field work and to transfering course experiences to students' theses.

Students will gain the ability to apply, analyze and synthesize their mathematical and social knowledge to business problems.
