Learning Outcomes
LO-1Interpreting the concept of working time.
LO-2To learn the Supreme Court of Appeals’ Decisions on proving the existence of overtime work and the ability to apply in a case.
LO-3To acquire the skill of implementation of flexible working options in establishment and interpretation legal issues that may arise
