The purpose of this course is the legal issues that result from the nonexecution of tenants’ obligation of rent payments. Firstly the special cases that effect the rent payments will be studied. After that the cases in which a tenant defaults in case of nonexecution of the obligation of rent payment and broadly and the results of default will be studied.
