The aim of the Joint Stock Company Board of Directors course is to examine the board of directors from different perspectives within the organizational order of joint stock companies, which is the most important actor in economic life. The current discussions about the board of directors and the members of the board of directors, which are the key organs in the management and representation of the company, will be evaluated in the light of the doctrine and the jurisprudence.
