The aim of this lecture is to examine topics related to personal and social life, to equip students to be efeective team members and to improve their leadership abilities. Within this context subjects concerning interpersonal relations covered in sociology, psychology, social psychology, antroplogy will be worked on. The students are aimed towards learning basic concepts on behavioral science and organizational behaviour.
