The Goal of this course is to make students learn the systems that enable the effective management of human resource and transfer those to their academic and business lives. It is also to learn recruitment, job descriptions, competency analysis, career planning, training management and performance assesment systems and to be able to apply them.

Teaching Methods and Techniques
There will be 1,5 hour block lessons to make the students meet the targets identified. The methodology is based on supporting the human resources management theory with past and current samples.
