Course Goals
The aim of this course is to teach students the basic elements that create an image: camera, lighting, composition, editing and continuity. The students will do extensive practical work where they will have to follow the technological developments in cinema and television and how it influences the production of image.

Teaching Methods and Techniques Theoretical lectures with film screenings. Analysis of certain scenes.

 Practical work in the studio - how to use a camera, how to set up lights, and how to direct a film set
