Course Goals

The aim of this course is to teach students how to do academic research, literature reviews, and how to plan and make thesis suggestions. This course, which students will take in their final year, will prepare students for post -graduate studies as well as their careers.

Teaching Methods and Techniques The topics to be taught during a semester are explained to the students as a study plan. With the presentations prepared for the lesson, the topics are explained to the students by supporting them both visually and with current examples. At the end of the lesson, the topics covered in the lesson are supported by the discussion environment created by the projects prepared by the students.

Program Outcomes

PO-11Students will be able to gain proficiency on computer based design, character design for both two and three dimensional animation movie. They also will be able to have experience on stage design.
PO-12Students will be able to have experiences on various disciplines of performing arts, such as acting, mimic, modern dance, singing, dramatic improvisation.
PO-13Students will be able to create original art works in painting, sculpture and ceramic disciplines.
PO-14Students will be able to gain an ability in producing projects together with experienced academics invited.
PO-15Students will be able to participate in competetive projects both at home and abroad such as exhibitions, workshops and seminars.
