Course Goals
 The aim of the course is to make students create a proactive talent management system and to meet the perfection in their professional and personal lives and help to continue. It is also to help students to gain and use the skills of taking the role of coaching, assigning and assessing the personnel and identifying the talents.

Teaching Methods and Techniques There will be 1,5 hour block lessons to make the students meet the targets identified. The methodology is based on supporting the human resources management theory with past and current samples.

Program Outcomes
