The level of speed, the breadth of coverage, the new media environment that present many opportunities to users, the users at the same time as both producers and consumers. This also necessitates the examination of the ethical concept of communication in different and new dimensions. The emerging ethical problems need to be discussed with their causes and solutions. The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the new media concept, the development and characteristics of the new media, ethical issues in this area and all the elements related to these issues.
