Course Goals
The course will be processed 100% synchronously in virtual classrooms opened in Istanbul Kültür University Cats System.

Institutions used to be easily manage the crisis that emerged natural disasters or unexpected events compared to today's internet environment . The most basic reason for this is that information can be shared instantly by users. All these developments necessitated the handling of crisis communication in a more professional way in new communication environments.  Students who take this course learn the methods and techniques for establishing healthy communication with internal and external stakeholders during the crisis beside planning and implementation of the crisis management processes of the institutions.
