The primary goal of the subject is to theoretically study the public relations activity; which is considered as an occupation, an art and a field of science; by reviewing its primary concepts, principles and stages, as well as how it is conducted in both the organizational and non-organizational forms within the context of its duties and responsibilities in an ever changing set of circumstances.
